To whom it may concern,

My name is Dr. Chris Coplin. I am the owner/operator of Alaska Denstiry for Kids and it is with great pride and honor that I write this letter of recommendation for Aaron Edmonds and Edmondson Construction.

Edmondson Const. came to me thru a recommendation from a supply rep. I was in need a small remodel at my office in downtown Anchorage and my rep assured me that no matter the job, large or small, there is none better. After speaking with Aaron about the project, it quickly became apparent that I needed to look no further and that Edmondson Const. was the right choice. Aaron figured out my schedule and assured me that there wouldn’t be any interruption to my day or patient flow. Lets just say, when the project was completed, it felt as if he’d never stepped foot in the office. Of course there were little fixes and oversights upon close inspection, but Aaron took care of those as if were his persona mission. Whether it be contacting the sub or doing it himself, I never once had to oversee those fixes. To say the least, I was beyond pleased with both the outcome and his work ethic.

Now, I tell that small, early relationship with Aaron and Edmondson Construction as a set up for the real reason that this letter is so easy for me to write.

Approximately a year and a half ago, I began the process of building a 5000+ sq/ft, $1.2 million office. Without hesitation, I went right to Edmondson Const. The design of the office, for the most part was my vision. My dream. As I ran the design by Aaron for input, he was invaluable when it came to what would work, how it would flow and how the city and it’s inspectors would see things. Next came the engineers…mechanical, electrical, architecture, etc. Aaron set up those meetings. Not one on one, but the entire planning and engineering corp. All of us, in one room, on the same page. When that portion o the process was completed, Aaron asked for a desired completion date. I made mention that sometime in the middle May, 2016 is a desired date to open, but this is construction. Having built many offices in the past, I knew a desired date and reality were two different things. But, Aaron, unbeknownst to me, took those dates and over requests persona. Within 2 weeks he had his subs lined up, committed and on a timed spreadsheet. Each sub having their own copy and a copy posted on a window at the site, there were no excuses for not being at the job site. Everyone knew their job and when they were expected to be there, working. Aaron also knew my budget and made sure the subs knew it also. This wasn’t a free for all. Construction began at the end of February, 2016. At first, I felt the need to be at the site every 2nd or 3rd day to make sure things were going as planned. Within 2 weeks, I found myself stopping by once a week, usually a Fri. The reason? They were already ahead of schedule. Aaron had the build out going like an orchestra. It quickly came to the point that all I would do is call for an update…if he didn’t call me first. When decisions or changes needed to be made, I was called immediately. If for some reason I couldn’t be reached, he would make the decision as if it were his business…his dime being spent. Not once did I ever have to, or feel the need to, question his judgement. The reality is, he saved me several thousand dollars in his ability to take ownership and make these decisions.

On May 23rd, 2016, I opened my doors at 9am, without a hitch or hesitation, to one of the most beautiful dental offices in Anchorage. Maybe Alaska…and it’s a children's dental office. I still, to this day, have colleagues coming thru my office to see it. A dental supply company is considering the office to feature in their quarterly magazine. This office is my 5th one built. It’s by far the biggest and most expensive. But, it was, without a doubt, the easiest and most stress free build of them all. This lies solely on the workmanship and integrity of Aaron Edmondson and Edmondson Construction. Honesty, accountability, ownership and humility are things not easily found in a person these days. Aaron Edmondson is all of those. He shows it as a person and definitely shows it in his work.

I understand this may not be your typical letter of recommendation, but when someone asks for one or one is required, where both the person and their workmanship is exemplary and far above typical, I feel a letter of this caliber and passion is needed. Thru the process of this build and beyond, Aaron has become a friend. Not just my contractor. He stops in from time to time checking on the staff and myself, and the building, just to see how we are.

So, with the above said, it is with great conviction that I would recommend Aaron and Edmondson Construction for any and all of your construction and building needs. Please, by all means, feel free to stop by my office and see for yourself, first hand, the workmanship and price that is put into Aaron’s work.

Sincerely,

Dr. Christopher S. Coplin, DMD

It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for the construction company, Edmondson Construction, INC. Our organization has used this company on constructing three dental offices in Anchorage, AK in the last year. These projects ranged from a complex face-lift with structural changes to a complete multiple level building remodel. Dental practices have a high level of complexity that involved Med Gas, surgical operators requirements such as suctions, plumbing, mechanical equipment with the proper electrical and IT support. I would not trust an average construction company in handling these important details in our projects. Edmondson Construction, INC. continues to handle these complex challenges and I intend on using them in our future projects.

Sincerely,

Reference letter for Aaron Edmondson Construction

I have known Aaron since 2010, and have many interactions with him in both professional and personal situations.

I would describe Aaron as a man of noble character, and full of integrity. He connects well with people and treats others with respect, and as the ability to make others feel welcome.

Professionally, Aaron remodeled a new treatment room in our dental office, as well as oversaw the installation of a CAT scan X-ray machine. The quality of this work is something that we see, enjoy and use every day. For Aaron, he did not accept just “good enough”, but when beyond until it was finished with excellence.

Aaron is full of energy, and his knowledge in many different areas always intrigued. How one can go from building a dental office, to remodel homes, to building boats is beyond me, but Aaron has done all these things.

I give him my highest recommendation for hire, and can assure that he will work until tasks are finished correctly.

Sincerely,
